Terms of Service

By using Lunachat you accept these terms.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The binding text is the Turkish version — Kullanım Şartları — and in case of any discrepancy the Turkish version prevails. These documents are governed by Turkish law. This translation is based on the Turkish text dated 24 August 2026.

1. Parties

These terms govern the relationship between Adra Yazılım Ltd. Şti. ("Lunachat") and the business using the service ("Customer"). By opening an account or using the service you accept these terms.

2. The service

Lunachat is customer support software that brings website chat and WhatsApp messages into a single inbox. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

The service is currently at an early stage. Features may be added, changed or removed. We give reasonable notice before changes that affect the product.

3. Account and team

  • You are responsible for the security of your account details and password.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure the team members you invite to your workspace comply with these terms.
  • Accounts may not be opened on behalf of anyone under 18.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, advertising or campaigns
  • Transmit or store unlawful content
  • Impersonate someone else
  • Test, circumvent or overload the security of the system
  • Reproduce the service by reverse engineering, or resell it

If we detect use that breaches these rules, we may suspend the account without prior notice.

5. Connecting WhatsApp — risks

If you choose to connect your WhatsApp line by QR code, you accept the following. These warnings are also shown inside the product, before you connect:

  • This connection is not made through WhatsApp's official partner programme. It uses the linked-device feature and is not an integration approved by Meta.
  • Your account may be restricted or closed by WhatsApp. To reduce that risk, outgoing messages are limited to 20 per minute and bulk sending is blocked by the product; the risk does not disappear entirely.
  • The connection may drop from time to time and you may need to scan the QR code again.
  • Group messages do not arrive in the inbox.
  • A change in Meta's rules and conditions may stop this feature working without notice.

Lunachat cannot be held liable for the restriction or closure of your WhatsApp account, or for any business loss arising from it. The decision to use this feature, and its consequences, are yours.

6. Ownership of data

The data in your workspace belongs to you. Lunachat processes it solely to provide the service; we do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties outside your instructions. For details see the KVKK Data Protection Notice.

For your visitors' personal data you are the data controller and Lunachat is the data processor. Providing the required notice on your own site and obtaining the necessary consents is your obligation.

7. Pricing and trial

Every workspace that signs up starts with a 14-day free trial. No card details are requested during the trial.

No payment is currently taken within the service; when charging begins the terms will be announced in advance and you may close your account if you do not accept them.

8. Service continuity

No uptime guarantee (SLA) is given. Interruptions may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure failure or problems at third-party providers. We try to announce planned maintenance in advance.

9. Limitation of liability

Lunachat is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the service. In any event, total liability may not exceed the amount you paid to Lunachat in the 12 months before the damage arose; where no fee has been paid, no liability arises.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from intent or gross negligence, nor where legislation does not permit such limitation.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time; on closure the data belonging to your workspace is deleted. In case of breach of these terms Lunachat may suspend or terminate the account.

You may request a copy of your data before closing.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes.
