Bring WhatsApp into your inbox
You pair the number already on your phone by scanning a QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web works. No Business API application, no approval wait, no per-conversation fee. Once paired, WhatsApp threads sit in the same list as web chats.
Setup
Step 1: Open WhatsApp numbers in the panel
Add number walks you through the risks and asks for a name, then a QR code appears on screen.
Step 2: Scan the code from your phone
On your phone, open WhatsApp and go to Settings → Linked devices → Link a device, then scan the code.
Step 3: Confirm the connection
When the status indicator turns to Connected, you're done. The next message to your number shows up in the inbox, and your reply reaches the customer as a normal WhatsApp message.
Worth knowing
- You can connect up to five numbers. They run independently, so one dropping does not stop the others.
- The inbox shows which number a conversation arrived on, and your reply goes out from that same number.
- Numbers on the WhatsApp Business app work too.
- If the link drops, the system reconnects on its own; the status is always visible in the panel.
- Text, images, documents and voice notes work in both directions.
- Session credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never in plain text.
